Tipat or Ketupat

When I was child, I really loved to learn how to make tipat. I will always asked the teachers or the adults in my village to help me to learn how to make it. Now I can be proud of myself because I can make a lot kind of tipat! but maybe some of them I can not because we have really a lot kind of tipat. There are so many kind of tipat in Bali, such as Nasi tipat, Galeng tipat, Sirikan tipat, Pengambian tipat, Sari tipat, Gatep tipat, Balang tipat, Kukur tipat, Bagya tipat etc. We use young coconut leaf to make tipat.
