Muncak Sari Temple

Muncak Sari Temple is well-known as a temple to pray for luckiness in love and wealth. Some of my friend believe, if you bring your lover to pray to this temple, if your lover really meant to you, it will be but if it’s not, both of you will break up in the near future. So, it will happen quickly. This temple is located in Sangketan Village, Penebel District, Tabanan City, Bali. It’s not easy to go to this temple. If you want to go to this temple, you have to pass a small road and a little bit muddy when it’s rain. So, you have to be carefull if you want to go there by car. I went there by bike with my friend, so it’s easy for us to pass that road. But we are not lucky with the weather! It was a little bit rain.

This temple is really beautiful and has a really fresh air. It also a little bit cold there, so maybe you can bring your scarf to make yourself warm. This temple has a lot of big trees around. I think that’s what make this temple look so beautiful. Because I really love to see a leafy and big tree. And also the fresh air. Your mind will immediately calm and in peace when you start to breath in this temple.

Before you pray to the main temple, you have to pray in Beji Temple first. To get the Beji temple, you have to pass around 700 stairs down.The stairs also a little bit slippery. So, you have to be careful. If you look to your right side while you’re walking down, you will see a lot of big and shady trees! It’s so amazing. I even forgot about the 700’s stairs that I have to pass.  After I arrived to Beji Temple, I still can see a lot of trees surrounding the Beji Temple.  Without wall or fence, one of the Beji temple just surrounding by trees.

After you finish pray in Beji  temple, you have to go back and pass the 700’s stairs again. But this time, it’s already late so I can’t see my beautiful trees because of the darkness.  I feel a little bit exhausted but I saw some children run over me!  They  really motivated me to pass the stairs quickly. After  I pass the stairs, I have to pray to one more temple before I can go to the main temple. You can see this temple just after you pass all of the stairs.

The last one is the main temple. The main temple is wider than the others. It has some of big trees inside the temple! It’s so amazing and really beautiful. I pray with a lot of people over there because that day is the wali of the temple. Wali is the big day for a temple which is each temple has a different wali.  So, I am so lucky! I hope after pray in this temple I also lucky with my love life and my wealth! J
