Tambawaras Temple is located in Sangketan Village, Penebel District, Tabanan Regency, Bali. This Temple is well-known as a temple for healing an illness, medical or nonmedical diseases. I am really happy I had a chance to visit this temple. This temple is surrounded by a lot of big trees. It makes the air feel fresh around the temple. It also can makes my mind calm and peace immediately.

Before we pray to the main temple, we have to clean our body and mind in Beji Temple which is located in front of the main temple of Tambawaras Temple. Before we go to Beji Temple, we have to prepare an offering for the God which is called Pejati and also a young king coconut.
Preparing pejati and a king coconut as an offering
In the Beji Temple, we will see seven showers which each of the showers has a different holy water on it and also has its own benefit.The seven sowers is called Sapta Gangga. Before we shower our body with the holy water, we have to give the offering to God and pray. After that we can feel all of the holy water. We start shower from the left to the right side. the unique one of this ritual is we have to wash our face seven times, gargle seven times and drink it seven times.

When we finish to shower with the holy water, the saint (in Bali we called it Pemangku) will splashes us with another holy water which in Bali we called it tirta. Then, The Pemangku will splashes us with the king coconut water that we already prepared before. After that, we bring canang to the God then the Pemangku will checks our condition whether it's good or bad and tries to heal us with God's help. After we finish the ritual, we can change our clothes in the toilet around the temple. After that, we can direcly go to the main temple for pray.

Before we pray to the main temple, we also have to prepare an offering to the God and a young green coconut. After that, we can pray and wish for our health. After we finish praying, the pemangku will splashes us with holy water, gives us bija (rice which is soaked in water), a brecelet, and the young green coconut water that we brought before.
