The next step is Puja Tri Sandya.

Om bhur bhuvah svah
Tat savitur varenyam
Bhargo devasya dhimahi
Dhyo yo nah praccodayat
The meaning:
O God, who controls these three worlds, the Holy One and the source of all life, blesses the light to me  with the light of Your Most Glorious

Om narayana evedam sarvam
Yad bhuta yasca bhavyam
Niskalangko niranjano nirvikalpo
Nirakhyatah suddho deva eko
Narayano na dvityo’sti kascit
The meaning:
Dear God, I worship You as the Narayana the creator of the universe and its contents, You are the Supreme Being, intangible, and unobstructed by time, can help us from  all the confusion, You are the Holy One, the Supreme, there are no two of you, and worshiped by all beings.

Om tvam sivah tvam mahadeva
Isvarah paramesvarah
Brahma visnusca rudrasca
Purusah parikirtitah
The meaning:
O God, I worship you in your holy and divine light as Siva, Mahadeva, Isvara, Paramesvara, Brahma, Visnu, and also Rudra, because Hyang Widhi is the source of everything that exists

Om papo’ham papakarmaham
Papatma papasambhavah
Trahi mam pundarikaksa
Sabahya bhyantarah sucih
The meaning:
O God, I am full of sin, my actions are full of sin, my soul and my birth are full of sin, only You can save the servant from that sin, may I be sanctified

Om ksamasva mam mahadevah
Sarva prani hitangkara
Mamoca sarve papebhyah
Phalayasva sadasiva
The meaning:
Oh God, forgive me hyang Widhi, who gives the safety of all beings, forgive me from all sins, and protect me.

Om ksantavah kayiko dosah
Ksantavyo vaciko mama
Kksantavyo manaso dosah
Tat pramadat ksamasva mam
The meaning:
O God, forgive all the sins of my servant, which comes from actions, words, and thoughts, and from all my mistakes

Om santih santih santih Om
The meaning:
Oh God, may there be peace in my heart, in the world, and everything is peaceful forever for Your grace.
